Del The Funky Homosapien & thegoodnews – This Just In! (RSD 2025)
thegoodnews. is a hip hop band led by hip-hop luminary Del The Funky Ho- mosapien, presented primarily in cartoon form. Founded by Del along with producer CTZN, rapper Po3 and illustrator Pete Cosmos, the group first began to coalesce during Deltron 3030’s Event 2 tour, eventually finding their sound working with guitar and pedal wizard Taka Tozawa along with bass and FX guru Juan Alderete (Mars Volta, Dr. Octagon, Mac Miller, Anderson .Paak, Domo Genesis, etc). Now, thegoodnews. is introducing their odd-ball universe with the new picture-disc vinyl EP This Just In!, a lush realization of the collective’s unique style powered by Del The Funky Homosapien’s outlandish creativity.
